Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mikie was recently surrendered to us after his owner moved into a condo. Mikie was no longer getting any exercise (spending most of his time in a crate) and because of this, he has started to become fearful of strangers. We believe slowly, positively and kindly reintroducing him to strangers will help him tremendously.

He LOVES (I mean, really LOVES) other dogs! He would be happiest in a home with a playmate as this helps settle him. He is also housebroken and crate trained. He is most likely a purebred Border Collie but he will not come with AKC papers.
