Hi there, I'm Fred! I'm a 3-year-old Shih Tzu mix, and I'm new to Project POOCH! I might be small, but I've been told that I have a big personality! In fact, I'm a blast to be around and am always full of energy! I love to play with my ball and with my handler - we always have a great time together.
