My name is Shaggy Woo. I am 4 to 5 years young, and weigh 25lbs. I was rescued from a hoarding situation in SC, along with several other dogs. I am both dog and people friendly, and am quite an active little guy. Unlike some of the other dogs that were rescued out of the hoarding case, I was an 'indoor dog', versus being kept outdoors like some of the others that were rescued. I seem to get along well with other dogs, and am enjoying my freedom. My foster mom says I am still somewhat 'aloof' as I am figuring it all out still. I just need time to trust, and adjust to living like a normal dog should. The ideal home would be one that is patient, and calm, but also active.
My adoption fee is $350, which covers the cost of routine vetting, rabies and distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, spay/neuter surgery, heartworm testing, my microchip, monthly heartworm prevention, monthly flea/tick prevention, and any transport costs if applicable.
