Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rudolph came into rescue when his family fell on hard times and had to move to an apartment. He is a big love bug, true Husky personality in that he is busy and attentive. He is house trained and knows a doggy door. He does not like to be in a crate because he wants to be with his human but he is learning. He is good with all ages of people, can do cats and all sizes of dogs but would recommend he not be with small dogs. He's a little too active and curious. Rudolph needs some basic training and is eager to learn and to please. He is confused being in rescue and is very happy when he gets to come in the house after work and sleep on the big bed at night. Rudolph is a great boy and will be a great addition to your family.
More about Rudolph: Good with Some Dogs (No small dogs), Good with Cats, Good with Older/Considerate Kids Only, Good with Adults, Quiet, Requires a yard, Playful, Affectionate, Even-tempered, Goofy, Not good with small dogs
Please note that we are a TX based rescue, so all of our dogs are currently located in TX. We work with Rescue Road Trips to transport our dogs to your area upon approval of adoption application. The reason we do this is because TX is a high-kill state due to it being over populated with unwanted, but wonderful dogs, and finding homes in other states helps us to save more lives. Our adoption fee for the NE is $355 ($170 adoption and $185 transportation). All dogs will arrive spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and with their health certificate required for transportation.
Apply at www.krrtx.org/forms - and please note that there is a $25 application fee, which will be credited toward adoption fees.
