My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zeus is a 6 year old black male with natural ears. Zeus was rescued from a local shelter, where he was recently neutered and is now recovering well in a foster home with his black lab and rabbit friends. He gets along great with his housemates and has no food aggression issues. Zeus has adapted well in only a one week since being rescued. He is house trained and walks easily on a leash. We are training Zeus to use a crate, and he is starting to like the crate, and not see it as a punishment. He does very well relaxing in the crate when his foster family is away. He knows minimal commands but is interesting in learning and understanding what is expected of him. He is timid at times when he doesn’t understand what you want, especially with new people, although once you gain his trust he will be your new best friend and be by your side always. Zeus loves head and ear rubs, but prefers minimal hugs and isn’t a kisser. If you are looking for a wonderful, calm, and easy going guy, Zeus is a great fit for your family.
