Hi, my name is Cookie. And I am just about the sweetest Cookie you will ever meet! Although I had a really rough start in life, that’s all behind me now and I am one happy puppy! I’m about a year old so I still have lots of puppy energy. I live with three fur brothers – two bigger than me, one that’s much smaller, and I love them all. We’ve gotten along really well since the first minute we met. I love to play, but I also know how to behave myself. No rough stuff. For being so young, I’m pretty smart. I know sit, stay, and come when I’m called. I am very food motivated, so offer me a treat and I will do just about anything. I sleep quietly in a crate at night – as long as my brothers are in the same room with me. And, for the most part, I am potty trained. I only weigh about 35 pounds and I’m told that is the PERFECT puppy dog size. I’m also what they call a “nice blend” – part American Staffordshire, part Lab. Maybe my best quality though is how much I LOVE my people. I am a world-class snuggler - I will put my arms around your neck, lay my head on your shoulder and never want to let go. I guess that’s why my foster Mom calls me the sweetest Cookie on earth!
Cookie is thought to be an American Staffordshire/Lab mix. She is a year and a half old and 36 lbs - perfect medium size! She is spayed, microchipped and up-to-date on all age appropriate vaccinations.

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
