My story

If you’re looking for a small dog to keep your lap warm this winter, Gucci would like to help. In need of a new home due to his owner being hospitalized, this little 10-pound Bichon will make a great companion for a senior.

Gucci is about 13 years of age and is in remarkably good health. His vet exam went well and we will be having his teeth done shortly. Gucci is clean in the house, and does well with three walks per day of about 10 to 15 minutes long. His intake was sudden and he was uncomfortable when he first went to his foster home. He soon warmed up to his fosters, though, showing us that he will also adapt well to a new home. Gucci prefers a quiet lifestyle and is not the type to appreciate hugs from visiting grandchildren. He gets along with other small dogs and is also used to living with dog-savvy cats.

Gucci has an endearing personality and is sure to brighten up someone’s life. Please complete an adoption questionnaire on our website if you are interested in giving Gucci a forever home for his golden years.

All Kiko dogs have been examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated, dewormed and tested for heartworm (if deemed necessary), microchipped, sterilized, and require an adoption fee of $400 and an adoption contract.
