Welcome to freedom Leia! Leia is a 7 year old breeder release who just arrived in foster care on November 4th. She is a timid girl who loves attention but can be a bit shy at times. Since she is new to rescue we are slowly getting to see her personality blossom. Leia enjoys playing with toys, eating peanut butter from a toy kong, can go up and down stairs and likes to lay in the sun outside. She is a great dog. If you are interested in adopting Leia, please complete the application as noted below. Leia is being fostered in Rochester, NY but can travel to the states noted below. A SECURED fenced in yard is REQUIRED and another small dog.

We currently adopt in the states of NY, NJ, Eastern PA, DE, and some areas in MD. We can not accept applications from other states at this time.

All of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on rabies and DHPP, heartworm tested, treated for worms and fleas and most are microchipped.
We are not a shelter, we are 100% volunteer public charity. All of our dogs are in foster homes until they are adopted. Since we are not a shelter, we do not receive government funding. We are a public charity that relies solely on funds through our adoption fee, fundraisers, and private donations. Since we are 100% volunteer based, all funds collected go directly towards the rescue and vet costs of our dogs.
We take each rescue personally and spend a lot of effort trying to match the right dog to the right family. Thank you for considering one of our rescued dogs.
