He got lost and ended up at the pound animal control alerted his owner but they never came.
Loves people and is bold and outgoing. He likes other dogs believes playing show be a full contact sport. Like many hounds he can be slow to take a hint if the other dog thinks he is being inappropriate. He needs a family that will get him out for moderately paced exercise, invent nose work games for him and enjoy his couch potato side at home. The drooling is no joke wet wipes will be your friend
