WE ARE NOT A SHELTER, WE ARE AN ALL VOLUNTEER RESCUE WITH FULL-TIME JOBS. Please do not contact us to come look at a dog We will contact you once we have received and reviewed your completed application. A Home visit as well as a reference check MUST be completed before a meet & greet.
Brandy, 8 months old, possible schnauzer/ jack Russell mix, 20 lbs, spayed, chipped, dewormed, up to date on her shots etc

Look at this beautiful baby dolls face, you can tell she is so sweet but oh my there is some cheekiness going on there.

Brandy has a sad tail but thank goodness it worked out the way it did. Brandy was not in a great situation in a home & a wonderful lady could not bare to see what may come of her & offered the people money so she could help Brandy. The lady bought Brandy from them & now this beautiful sweet girl is looking for her forever home which has other dogs in the home for Brandy to love & play with.

Brandy we believe is a schnauzer mix but we are not sure & what she is mixed with we do not know. Brandy needed everything medically done for her, so she is now spayed, chipped, up to date on her shots, dewormed & heart worm negative. Brandy weighs roughly 20 lbs & is still growing, she loves other dogs, great with people, but is still a puppy & she is full of cheeky puppy ways, she will definitely need work in puppy classes as Brandy does like to chew everything in site. So when applying for Brandy please consider this & she will need a home with dog experience.

Brandy’s foster mum said she is a pure love & joy to have in her home as she plays with all the other dogs & loves to snuggle & is very affectionate.
She is loving & oh so sweet but everything & anything she will put in her mouth to chew on & if she has nothing to chew on she will find something. So Brandy definitely needs a home who is willing to work with her & teach her.

Brandy has not been around cats since being in the rescue but it’s always up to the new family to be responsible with their animals together & we have not had her around small children so this would be up to the new family to be responsible with.

We do not know for sure what breed Brandy is mixed with & it’s always up to the new potential family to look at the pictures & decide what they think her breed is.

As with all of our rescues & Brandy’s friends she will need work on potty training & training, so this should be something the new family would be willing to work on & commit to. Please do not submit an application if you are not willing to commit to one of our rescues care for their whole life & that includes if they need training.
We would never say anyone of our rescues are potty trained. Our rescues need homes where the people are understanding of their past & what they have been through & what they will need in their daily lives & not willing to give up on them & if they do need training will in fact take them to training.

Please only submit an application if you are truly interested in adopting Brandy & going through the process and have read her listing fully to the end & are interested in adopting. If you are not responsive to our calls, emails or your references do not respond we will move on & remove your application from our system. You must be willing to go through our screening process which includes your references being checked, a phone interview & a home visit followed by a meet and greet & if it’s a good fit, up to our discretion. We will only be accepting applications for Brandy who understands her needs & that meet all the requirements for this adorable little lady.
Once we find the right home for each little soul we work fast, within days so the dogs can go to their forever homes in quite a timely manner. We do not hold onto dogs for people as our goal is to save lives. We also cannot respond to every application unfortunately.

Brandy has an adoption fee of $685 & is ready for her truly loving forever home & compassion & understanding of what she has been through.

An application must be filled out before consideration for adoption. Please do not apply for a dog until you are ready to commit a lifetime to him/her. We are an all-volunteer 501c3 non-profit group of animal lovers. Our adoption fee is non-negotiable as we need these funds to pay our current medical bills for our dogs as well as any future dogs we rescue as well.
As an adopter, you must be prepared to accept the fact that these dogs are rescues and, just like you and I, they all have their own individual personalities. In most cases, these little ones have been through a difficult journey that started when their family gave them up or they became lost. They may have been under stress, neglected or even abused in their past life or frightened by being left alone on the streets to fend for themselves.
Our number one focus is finding these little loves a wonderful forever home with a family who is going to care for them and show them what it is like to be loved, a safe environment, a full belly and a warm bed. These sweet babies do not ask for much from you but they may require a little patience and understanding.
