My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Lumiere, but my friends call me Lumi. I'm the happiest puppy you'll ever meet. I haven't met a single person, dog or cat friend that I didn't love. My biggest "fault", if you want to call it that, is my abundance of exuberance. I am seriously happy about EVERYTHING! I'm learning to keep all 4 on the floor and sit for what I want, but my new family will have to be cool with the fact that I'm a work in progress and be willing to keep up my training. I AM a puppy after all...not even a year old yet.

I'm not going to be a big guy when I'm fully grown...maybe in the 40 pound range, and I have THE. BEST. EARS. of any puppy EVER! They definitely get me noticed and I get all the pats, which I love more than anything.

I am crate trained, am good on the leash with my Easy Walk harness, know "sit" and am getting the hang of "down". Staying still is HARD, but I'm a good boy and I'm trying.

Throw a tennis ball and watch me fetch like a champ! I LOVE my toys! I don't dig up the yard, though you should not leave me out by myself, because I AM still a puppy and puppies sometimes get themselves into trouble when no one's watching. It's not me...it's just a fact of life.

You will always have a smile on your face when I'm around, because to me, every day is THE BEST DAY EVER!
