Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Zoe is a super sweet 8 year old red and white Piebald female doxie. She weighs about 11 pounds and is full of energy. Little Zoe does have her ‘papers’ but they were never registered.
Zoe likes to go for walks and run and play in the yard. She gets along well with other dogs but does need time to adjust to new situations. Zoe does not do well with kitties and should not be in a home with one. Zoe would do well with children 12 years and older who are calm and respectful.
Zoe loves to sleep in the big bed in her foster home in Texas, and would love a home where she can continue to have big bed privileges. She loves to cuddle up beside her person in the big bed. A pretty girl, she has a cute little Mickey Mouse mark on her back.
Zoe is a very good girl at bath time and doesn’t even complain during nail trimmings and ear cleanings! when she wants attention, Zoe will come up to you and put her paw on your arm, as if to ask “please love me?” Zoe is a jumper and will easily climb or jump over a baby gate.
Zoe is well house trained and will even ask to go outside. She is crate trained and does best in her crate if you need to leave her as she may scratch at the door. She may complain for a few minutes when you first leave her. Like all rescue dogs she will need to be confident in her environment to have good potty habits. All rescue dogs go thru a period of adjustment so understanding and patience is important.
This lovely little girl is waiting for her happy new life. Are you the lucky one to open their heart and welcome her home?
