Ruby

Ruby’s name fits her, this chihuahua mix is a precious gem. Her fur is soft with distinct, gorgeous markings. She’s a 10 lb , 8-10 yr. spayed cuddle bug that cannot wait to have her own forever family. Ruby was in rough shape when rescued. She had severe dental disease and super long nails. After being fully vetted and a day at the spa her foster parents got to see her true personality. She REALLY is a Ruby. She has a gentle soul and calm nature. She never travels too far from her foster mom and dad. This supper snuggler wants to be near them and loves to lay in their lap or right by them. At night Ruby cuddles right up in the bed and sleeps through the night. Her foster parents have not heard her bark yet. They are not sure if there is a hearing issue, but it makes no difference since she is right by them. She house broken, and walks wonderfully on a leash. She is perfect with her foster siblings, both dogs and cats. At one time this sweet gem had a home. Something happened and she found herself in a shelter listed as a stray. Thankfully Animal Heartline Humane stepped in to give this beautiful, loving baby a new chance at life and love.
This perfect,sweet lady has a lot of love to give to her forever family. She will fill a home with unconditional love and joy.
