My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dolce has arrived. This tiny spunk fire is just 6 years old and 4.40 lbs. She loves attention and wants to be held. She will jump on your leg to get you to pick her up. Dolce arrived with Gabbana from a puppy mill and adjusting very well. She likes her food and treats. Of course, housetraining is a work in progress but that is to be expected. If you are interested in adopting this cutie pie, please complete the application as noted below. Also, no small children and you MUST have a secured fenced in yard and another small dog to learn and pal around with. Dolce is being fostered in Rochester, NY. Could she be the one you are looking for to join your family?

We currently adopt in the states of NY, NJ, Eastern PA, DE, and some areas in MD. We can not accept applications from other states at this time.

Our adoption fees are on our application.

All of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on rabies and DHPP, heartworm tested, treated for worms and fleas and most are microchipped.

We are not a shelter, we are 100% volunteer public charity. All of our dogs are in foster homes until they are adopted. Since we are not a shelter, we do not receive government funding. We are a public charity that relies solely on funds through our adoption fee, fundraisers, and private donations. Since we are 100% volunteer based, all funds collected go directly towards the rescue and vet costs of our dogs.

We take each rescue personally and spend a lot of effort trying to match the right dog to the right family. Thank you for considering one of our rescued dogs.
