Meet DIva! She is a sweet little poodle mix who is guessed to be about 12 years old and weighs about 7 lbs. She is a sweet girl and would do best in a quiet all adult home to live out her senior years. She gets along with other dogs. She has been diagnosed with beginning kidney issues so she will need to be maintained on a kidney diet and will need to be monitored by the vet on a routine basis. Diva's adoption donation of $175 helps to cover the cost of her medical care. Diva is spayed, is current on vaccines, heartworm negative and has had a full dental and bloodwork.

Application, reference checks, and home visit required. Adopters must live 1.5 hours driving distance from Romeoville, IL. For more information on adopting, please email us at info@perfectpooches.org.
