Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ADOPTED: I got a great home and so did my playmate pal Tuck Tuck. We are both so happy. My new family has renamed me as: Charlie.
No Phone Calls: Please fill out an application and send it back to us by email.
My name is OSO Bear. I am a 2 1/2 year old blonde cocker spaniel boy. In late September, a female cocker and I were found hanging around in the front yard of a nice lady and her family with no intentions of leaving. It was just after Hurricane Florence hit our NC coastal areas and the rain hit the triad. We were wet, dirty, matted and flea infested. Both of us were scared and very skittish. She cleaned us up and tried really hard to find our owners. She found out quickly that we must have been backyard dogs and fed only scraps because we wouldn't eat dog food. Being a single mom, she asked for rescue help to take us in because she just couldn't afford to keep us and, my female cocker companion was pregnant. Transport was arranged and we were both taken to the rescue vet.
I am heartworm negative and I came here just slightly anemic but healthy. My ears looked pretty good and I am now neutered. I have done really well here with the rescue dogs. A favorite play companion of mine is Tuck Tuck, a young cocker pup who looks up to me as his mentor. I am a nice cocker boy who will be a great indoor companion and a wonderful best friend. Some nice people put in an application for me, got approved and said they might also like to adopt Tuck Tuck. They met both of us and really loved us. Tuck Tuck and I got a great new forever home together..Yippie.
My adoption fee is: $400.
