Here's what the humans have to say about me:
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If an animal is listed as "available", that means we are still accepting applications on that animal. If you would like to meet an animal, an adoption application must be on file first: https://tinyurl.com/rharadopt
Our Georgia Peach litter was intercepted as they were being surrendered to a rural shelter at just about two weeks of age. They were very malnourished, their mom was in terrible condition, and we were unsure if they would survive the trip back to Ohio. Thankfully, all six made it, and although a little developmentally delayed, they're doing SO much better. Each puppy is working to overcome some skin issues, along with some resistant parasites, but they'd love to have a home lined up for the holidays so they can celebrate their new lives and being healthy and happy!
The pups have been raised around cats, other dogs, and kids. While they can still be a little shy, they love to cuddle and really come out of their shell when they get to play and run around. All they need is a family to love them and help them get the hang of being growing pups!
Each Georgia Peach Pup will be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, parasite-free, and started on heartworm prevention. While we are still working to resolve their skin issues, they'd love to start meeting some new potential families!
Please fill out an adoption application at www.rhar.org to set up a meet with these cuties!!
NOTE ABOUT BREED LABELING: Visual breed identification of dogs is unreliable and usually inaccurate. So, for most of our adoptable dogs, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
