Randy Travis is a 9 year old gentleman. He was found one morning on the side of the highway staggering around in the bar ditch. He had been hit by a car and was trying to walk. A good Samaritan stopped and picked him up. He was covered in ants and was taken to the vet clinic. Our wonderful foster mom in Denton said she would foster him. After a few days of TLC he was running around and feeling good. This little guy is somewhat hard of hearing but it does not slow him down. He is house trained and loves everyone. He will get along with a cat. This is what his foster mom says about him.
“He is really starting to open up. He is a very happy dog. No mean anywhere. Doesn’t care about the other dogs. Will come visit with people when he first comes back in but then wants to go back in his pen and crate. His little nub of a tail goes all the time now and he loves to be rubbed and petted on. When he goes out and stays out for awhile when it is warmer, and the guys are out in the shop, he is right there under foot and in the middle of everything. I would really like to find an older couple or individual that would give him a cuddle spot because mainly what he wants is a lap to cuddle in.” His adoption fee is $200.
