My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Happy lives up to her name everyday with her smiles, wiggles, playfulness and excitement for meal time! She can really spin and dance when food is involved. Happy was found on a rural road by a lady who thought she was helping stray dogs but really wasn't. Happy was tied up on a chain in less than great conditions where she could have lived out her remaining years covered in fleas and ticks. But that didn't happen and that's why she's so Happy! True to Beagles, she's got a few fatty lumps. What she really really really wants is a family of her own who will love her through her retirement. She loves bones and treats, house trained, uses a doggy door and is overall very quiet. She is a true gem and loves everyone. please apply at www.krrtx.org/forms.

Please note all dogs are located in San Antonio, TX. We advertise out of state due to the critical pet overpopulation problem here in the south. We use Rescue Road Trips to transport the dogs to your area. They are all up to date and come with a health certificate. The fee is $170 adoption and $185 transportation = $355. Thank you for considering adopting a southern dog.

Please also note that we are not able to adopt to MA due to their quarantine requirements for out of state dogs. We apologize for this.
