Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gramps is an old man that has lived on the streets for quite awhile. He is a sweet old man though that always gets up to greet staff coming to the shelter. He is old and slow, but he has an unbroken loving spirit and just appreciates a nice pat on the head.
He was very thin when he came into the shelter. It may be difficult to tell from his photos, but he has actually gained weight since coming here. He has a tumor on his side that needs to be looked at by a vet. We will be updating this post once he heads over to get his rabies shot and a brief exam.
Gramps needs an adopter to just get him out of the shelter. This old man deserves to be comfortable during his last days. The last thing anyone wants to see is him spending his winter at a shelter when he could be warm and loved in someone's home.
If you can give Gramps the retirement he deserves, please email us asap. We want to get him into a home with someone that will love him for however long he has left.
Gramps' adoption fee is $30. He has not been neutered, but due to his advanced age, neutering will not be required.
