My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buster is a super nice little senior IG. He does great with other IGs.   He has shown absolutely no snapping or growling, even with a playful puppy always pouncing around him. He was timid at the very beginning, but within 4-5 hours he was coming when called.   He also does well around a full-size Greyhound, and other breeds.

Buster loves walks! When his foster home got his harness out of his things and he lit up when he saw that harness! His eyes sparkled and the tail wag so hard he was wiggling stem to stern. When going outside he steppes out nicely with minimal pulling.

Buster will have a dental cleaning soon, and has a few teeth remaining.  He did lose a molar out of his mouth in his foster home due to decay, but will get cleaned up soon.  He has already been neutered and updated on shots.  Buster does need to lose a little weight but proper portion control, walks and healthy treats should take care of it.  His coat is thin likely due to alopecia we see with blue color IGs.    He is not that big... maybe 15” at shoulder.  

Buster was born 7-14-2008, so he is just a little over 10 years old!  We have breeder paperwork for this guy even.  He has a microchip too.   His previous home described him as shy, but he's just waiting to boom.  He is a VERY needy IG and may prefer other dogs in the house, or a person who is home all day.  He does know how to use a potty pad, but goes outside with other dogs too.   A smart little guy.
