Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
NOTE: DALTON IS PARTIALLY DEAF. HE CAN HEAR LOUD NOISES BUT WOULD NEED TO BE TRAINED WITH A VIBRATING COLLAR TO COME. YOU WILL NOT FIND A SWEETER DOG ANYWHERE. Smart too!
Dalton is our 7 month old JRT mix puppy. He weighs 15 lbs now and we expect him to stay a small sized dog when grown.
He gets along fabulous with the other dogs here at the rescue. If you are looking for a new family member that is FUN then Dalton is your guy. He loves to snuggle and just be with you but also loves to run and play outside. Super friendly, always happy!!
Very smart. And the perfect size. He will fit in a travel bag, no worries.
Great off leash. He will run and play but never stray. Perfect for hiking and camping. Very brave.
His foster family is working on his potty training and he is 90% of the way there.
If you are interested in giving Dalton a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the notes section. While you are there, please Like our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

Dalton's adoption donation is $525 which helps to cover his neutering, three rounds of puppy shots, bordetella (kennel cough), rabies, heart worm prevention, flea/tick prevention, vet examination, certificate of health and does includes the transport fee.
Dalton is fostered in Tennessee and will not leave the rescue until they has been adopted. We use weekly pets transport to the northeast and can we picked up in VA, MD, PA, NJ, NY, CT, VT. www.petsllc.net
We have a monthly transport to the Chicago area for the dogs adopted to the Illinois & Wisconsin areas. The next transport to Tinley Park, IL is Sunday, November 11, 2018.
Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home.
