🤗HERE'S THE SCOOP!
Jasper and Lizzie were brought into the city shelter around August 20th. They were born outside and the people who were caring for them, brought them in. (PLEASE spay and neuter. Even if they are "just" outside cats, contact us and we will do what we can to help - this will help end overpopulation. Don't look the other way.) There were four total, two got adopted right away and Jasper and Lizzie here just say and waited and waited.
The city shelter started filling up, they passed the one month mark and we had just lost our beloved Capri - so we pulled them for rescue and never looked back. What joy they have been! After spending over a month in a cage, they lost a bit of socialization time, but we worked hard to help them gain confidence. They love toys, playing and people!
🏡FAMILY GOALS!
First and foremost, they will need a little patience while they adjust to a brand new world of a HOME. From the street, to the shelter, to our FURcility - it isn't anything like a home. Lots of new things will be seen and heard and their new family should help them experience it with positivity. Lots of playing and treats will help! :) 🐈 Jasper and Lizzie are good with cats and would even love one in their new home. A confident cat could really help them socially, but isn't required.
🐕 Jasper and Lizzie have been around a small dog. They will adjust to a dog in the home with a little time.
🏃🏼 Jasper and Lizzie are good with children. They don't *love* to be held, but they do love to lap snuggle and love affection. Probably going to be bed kittens :) They would enjoy a home with kids to play with them!
🔹 They are litter trained. I do recommend two litter boxes and two bowl areas, cats like to have their own space and "things."
🎉 They LOVE to play. Yes, I said this twice now. They can play with anything - a box, a toilet paper roll, a sock - they don't care, it is just SO FUN, lol. Your home should be understanding of that, they will be very busy, but the great thing is - they will also have each other to play with and snuggle with when their family is doing human things.
👋🏻 They are crazy soft and shed very little. Seriously, like the softest ever.
💖 They are for the most part, your normal, sweet, active, energetic, loving kittens. They purr a lot and it is so loud. <3 They are just looking for a forever and ever and ever home (they will live to be 15+ years old) that will help them jump their last hurdle of adjusting to a home, and that's about it. You can expect a lot of love, laughs and light from these two babies - they have brought all of that and more to us.

📲 Message the page for our adoption application. This will help us determine if your home is the home of the pet's dreams! A purrfect fit is important to us. Upon that determination, we will have you stop in for a meet and greet at the FURcility!
✌🏻 We allow for a 2 week trial run to make sure a proper placement for all involved, - but your commitment begins with the app. The trial run isn't just for fun - we expect your dedication to providing a loving forever home from the start.
🖋 An adoption agreement is then completed.
🚫 A reminder, we do have a No Declaw Policy. If you want a declawed cat, our rescues are not for you.

🐈Jasper and Lizzie's Adoption Fee is $100, which is our "Bonded Duo" Fee (To help cover a portion of their vet expenses, which were around $240 EACH)
