My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This sweetheart was found under a car on a very rainy night. A women grabbed him and set him up a box on her porch. She called us to help him and when we arrived he was being soaked by the rain. He had grease from the car across his face and was limping.

His breathing was off and he was dehydrated. We gave him fluids, kept him warm and gave him antibiotics. We also got him to the vet first thing in the am. The doctor gave us tough news. This boy had a broken femur and a terrible hernia which had pushed his organs into his chest causing no room for his lungs to expand. He was barely 7 weeks old and we had a very tough decision. While all this was going on, this boy was kneading my leg and purring. There was only 1 thing to do - find a vet that would save him, or at least try! We did just that.

We found an amazing vet and Phillipe had surgery. Amazingly he was put back together, healed and is doing fantastic. Then came time for the pin to be placed in his leg. However by the time that was to be done, he had already healed perfectly. He did not need the operation!

He is a true miracle. He runs and plays with everyone. Loves other kittens and loves dogs. He is adorable. FIV/FELV neg and up to date on vaccines.
