The adoption includes: examination by a Licensed Veterinarian, age-appropriate vaccinations, Bordetella, regular dewormings, microchipped, and spay/neuter.

Willow was a dumped starved stray dog in Alabaster AL. She was a skeleton. Our vet estimates Willow at one year old and possible Lab Great Pyrenees mix. She was stray nearly a month and her story was public on Facebook. Willow was fearful, but as the weeks went by, she began to trust the hands that fed her and would stay closer to the road for the food left for her. She finally gave in and went to a rescuer out checking the trap one morning and an elderly man on the same trail hoping to feed her canned food. She was so happy to be rescued! This sweet girl is kind natured and searching for the love of a family she has never had before. If you like large dogs, you cannot help but love Willow. Willow would do well another playful dog(s) in the home. She'd probably be fine with cats. She sleeps in her crate and with a consistent schedule, she would be fully housetrained. She knows to go potty outdoors. She could be great with kids, but she can easily knock over a small child. She is a happy and playful 70 pound dog.

Our rescue asks for an approved application, brief home visit, and $200 adoption fee for adult mixed breed dogs. Please be prepared to train or provide training classes for your adopted dog.
