My story

Minti the Marvelous
Minti is a sweet, sensitive, energetic 3 1/2 year old boy who came to us all the way from Turkey. He was found as a stray who was on the streets fending for himself, and was very grateful to be saved by one of our rescuers. Overall he is a happy boy who wants to be with his people. He is also good with other dogs and enjoys playing with them. Minti loves to go on car rides, loves to play fetch and play with toys. He is crate trained and often puts himself to bed. String cheese is his favorite treat. He enjoys walks, and can relax in the house. He is gentle taking treats. He is good with kids. He is still learning that socks and Legos aren't his toys, so his forever family will need to be careful when leaving things accessible that could be mistaken for a toy. Minti plays like he is a puppy, and when he gets riled up too much he can get possessive over his toy. When he is in trouble or scared he will pee a little, so he will need a gentle family who is patient with him so he can gain confidence. He is a smart boy who is eager to please, and would benefit by a training class with his forever family.

We are looking for a family who will provide Minti with the exercise, love, socialization, and training he needs to thrive. In turn, you will have an amazing companion.
