Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Finn is a calm and gentle 16 week old lab shepherd mix in search of a forever home. Finn came to our rescue after being found abandoned in the cold as a young puppy. Prior to rescue he was scared and did not trust people. He has come a very long way and is now trusting people. He loves to play and really loves a game of chase with his siblings. He is definitely still shy and takes a little bit of time to warm up but he is getting there. Since Finn was on his own prior to rescue he would benefit from having another dog in the household to hang out with. He is looking for a family that will be patient and work with him through his shyness and in return for your patience you will get a great gentle dog that will be a great companion.
If you are interested in adopting, please complete an online application at digsk9.org. The adoption fee is $400. Applicants must live within 75 miles of Joliet, IL.
This puppy will be up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and will come with a spay/neuter certificate to be used at one of our participating vets. The certificate will indicate that spay/neuter must be completed within 60 days of the adoption and will not be reissued.
