Say hello to little Frank! Frank is a Chihuahua/Doxie Mix. Frank came into our care when we rescued him from death row at a high kill animal control facility. Little Frank had been left at the pound with no idea why. He was very afraid and confused. The pound can be a very scary place for a small dog and Frank was shutting down. Frank is 5 years old. He is a bit overweight weighing in at 16 pounds. We have him on a high quality weight control food and he is getting adequate exercise. We are anticipating him to be at a healthy weight in no time. Frank can be shy when first meeting him. He likes when people go slow and approach him with kindness. He is very eager to please and walks well on a leash. He is house trained and crate trained. Frank doesn't like to be picked up but does like to get on your lap and cuddle. We think he may have been dropped before hence the fear of being picked up.

Franks adoption fee is $250.00 which includes his neuter surgery, current on vaccines including Rabies, de-wormed, heart worm tested negative and current on prevention, flea prevention and a dental cleaning.
