My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

WEEZY is approximately 4-5 years old, a “low rider” pittie mix who weighs in at only 38 pounds. She is an absolute doll who just wants to be loved. She gets along well with the 5 other dogs in her foster home, is crate and house trained and also highly motivated by food/treats. Let's be honest, who among us isn't guilty of this? Her favorite activity is cuddling with her humans, and she is wherever you are, ready for snuggles and lots of loving! She came to us from a local shelter and was diagnosed with a mild case of Heartworm, which we're currently treating so she can be on the road to perfect health. Her regimen includes oral medications, a series of injections and lots of rest (which means no long walks or playing with other pups) until she is free and clear of these pesky invaders. We are accepting applications now so she can go home once she gets the all-clear from our vet.
