My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jessie is a graceful, elegant extremely gentle and sweet girl.. we believe a mix between a whippet and a beagle.. As fearful as she can be, she just tries to disappear when faced with novelty! That could mean shrinking herself into the teeniest ball.. hiding under whatever she can find.. or is out on a walk .. attempting to flee. Shes going to be fine.. no... WAY more than fine.. as Jessie LOVES other dogs and seeks comfort from her canine friends and her new human friends... she wants very much to be a part of a pack..

When outdoors with trusted friends Jessie comes alive with all her doggie instincts.. she loves to run .. everything about her goes from timid to vibrant when she is free to run.. she has a busy nose is very visual and actually enjoys being stroked with a smooth and soothing hand!

Jessie is being listed as adoptable and you're welcome to come out and meet this darling girl! But we are going to keep her with us for a little while longer while we help her gain the tools to live in the big world and be comfy in her own skin.
