Can you open your heart and home to a great senior gal who is a retired champion and needs a home to live out her life being pampered. My name is Savannah and i am 10 years young. I am a beautiful, sable merle, purebred, rough collie. If you see the darker patches in my coat it is the merling. I have a lot of white on my face so it is very light in color. I am a very low key gal and would love nothing better than to lay on an orthopedic bed by the the fireplace or in the air conditioning in the warm months and I do love to lay out in the sun. I do have spondylosis in my spine so I need soft places to lay and a little pain medication. I do like to walk and enjoy the smells so hopefully we can walk together.

I am house trained but being an older lady I do need to go outside more frequently; I do know how to use a doggy door. i am also a good rider. I am spayed, current on shots and on heartworm preventive and microchipped. An application and terms of adoption can be found at www.dfwcollierescue.org.
