My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BACKGROUND: Manley came in a total wreck.... full of heartworms, fleas, and ear infections so severe that Dr. Amyx couldn't even get a scope in to check them. After a round of antibiotics and no improvement, Manley was referred to a surgical specialist, Dr. Hinton, who performed total ear ablation surgeries on both ears (removal of the ear canals). This poor boy is suffering from what should have been a needless surgery, if his owner had only bothered to take care of his ear infections. But it seems that Manley had to fight for his freedom, because half of his little front teeth are broken off and chipped, most likely after breaking free of a chain or cage. Once Manley has recovered from his surgery and we have addressed his medical needs, he will be up for adoptin.
