This is sweet little Penny! She comes to us from a high kill shelter in Kentucky. Penny is little bit shy and cautious at first but just needs a minute to warm up to you. Once she does, she will climb on you, cuddle with you and loves to be petted. She gets along great with other dogs and kids. Penny just wants to be a sweet, loving lap dog in her forever home!
