Balloo was abandoned by his owner and was left at the shelter for 3 months..Balloo is the sweetest dog you will ever meet. He doesn't have one mean bone in his body. He loves to be around other, is really good with kids. He is also kennel trained and loves to cuddle or run around in the backyard.
