Carlos is a special little guy, he is only 1 years old about 12 lbs. He was on his last hour in Roswell and needed a quick rescue. He is sweet and he is spunky. He loves life and is living it to its fullest now that he is free. His tail never stops wagging. Carlos gets along with other dogs and is kid friendly.
