"I'm BELLA, an adorable and tiny little girl who will capture your heart. I'm normally not one to brag, but I overheard the staff refer to me as "practically perfect in every way." I get along well with other dogs, I love everyone, and I've already been house trained, so I guess it's true! I'm a one-year-old Chihuahua/ terrier mix who's about a year old, and I was brought to the shelter because my owner had to move to a new home where pets are not allowed. I'm a "glass is half full" kind of girl, so I have hope for finding a home where I'll be cherished. Please head on down to the El Cajon Animal Shelter and see how wonderful I'll be for you.
