Casper is a spunky little 7 weeks old Chiweenie looking for his furever home. His mom was rescued from a hoarder in Texas. Casper is a very outgoing little guy who would love a family to hang out with. He is very playful and will play with anything. Little Casper is hoping to find a human companion to teach him how to go on walks. If you would like to adopt little Casper, he will be available on November 2nd after he gets his second puppy vaccination. You can will out an application at
