Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Vivacious, affectionate and playful Tortie…
Zelda is a petite cat with a spirited personality. She loves pets and melts when you carry on a petting session with her, rolling and rubbing in joy.
She is also extremely playful. She will happily engage in interactive play or she can entertain herself by tossing and chasing and capturing cat toys. She can often be seen carrying a toy mouse or ball in her mouth during her playtime.
Zelda gets along with the other cats in her cat community room, but it is clear that she has not had a lot of experience living with other cats. She is curious about them, particularly her roommate Felix, but she is also a little unsure of how to interact with them. She could be a good feline companion for the right cat or she may do well as the only cat in the home.
Are you looking for a vivacious, affectionate and playful feline to add to your family? If you are, you must come and meet Zelda – she may be the purrfect match for you!
You can meet Zelda at the Coronado Animal Care Facility. The facility is open daily between 9:00 am and 11:30 am and 12:30 pm and 4:00 pm (except major holidays). It is located at 1395 First Street at the south end of the Ferry Landing complex.
If you are interested in adopting Zelda, you must first come in and meet her. If it seems like a good match, the next step is to complete a cat adoption application. Cat adoption applications are available at the facility or cat adoption applications may be completed online. A PAWS of Coronado Cat Adoption Counselor will contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss your application.
You can read about the adoption process on the Adoption Information page.
