My name is Cecil. When I came to MidSouth Pug Rescue, I couldn't breathe very well. You see, my trachea had collapsed, even way down into my lungs. I had to fight for every breath I took. I also had 15 bladder stones and an ulcer in my eye. I wouldn't have lived much longer if I didn't get the surgery I needed to save my life. Thanks to MidSouth Pug Rescue, I have had the life-saving surgery, and am now completely well and looking for someone to love me!
