Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rescue Story
The great people at Zoe's are offering a courtesy post to help me find my meant-to-be furever home. My humans are having a tough time meeting my attention and space needs.
Critter Twitter
I have been referred to as a sweetheart for as long as I remember and I’m a very handsome boy when I’m cleaned up. Around the house I usually lay on my soft bed and eagerly await the occasional morsel of cheese. I love my walks, especially when I find lost tennis balls I can claim as my own. I’m not too good with fetch though. I really wish I had more walks, I do not think my humans are regularly active enough for me. I like large open spaces and am prone to chasing smells and small creatures I find interesting. I would love it if I had more room, or my humans were very active. I used to live in a small town a long time ago with no human puppy around and I got lots of attention. Now that I am living in the big city I have gone out exploring without my humans a few times while being walked off leash and this has my owners very worried for my safety. Sometimes when ambulances go by I will try to imitate them by singing my howl song. When I sleep I frequently woof and twitch and my humans think it’s quite funny. I like to lay on my back and look goofy. My humans want to help me find a situation where I have a more active and regular lifestyle. #freshstart
About My Behaviour
They say Huskies like to roam, and sometimes I sure do so I need someone who can manage this behaviour. Sometimes I have a tough time being alone. I know where I can get into good smelling things in the house and so I’ll try to open the recycling bag or garbage container if the doors are left often. A secure yard is important, if I’m left in the yard and there are spots where I can get out, I will try to escape so I can go for walks by myself. I love to be near my humans most of the time
How's My Health?
I am neutered, dewormed, and my vaccinations are up to date. I have a low thyroid problem which means I need medication so I can continue to be a normal boy. If I don’t have my medication I get very slow and sleepy. This costs approx. 25/month but this not at all why my humans are looking for a new place for me.
