Astrid is currently located in TEXAS. There are not enough homes for all the unwanted dogs down here, so she is willing to move north for a good loving forever home.

Astrid was saved from death at a rural animal control facility. She looks like a Boston Terrier mix with long legs. She is young, still under a year of age and weighs 17 pounds. Astrid is a shy, sweet, silly and loving little girl. She is submissive and does not have the typical terrier temperament. Astrid is good and mostly well behaved in the house. She is crate trained and needs some work with house training. Astrid loves people and is a lap dog. We've only had her for a short time, but she is starting to play with some of the other small dogs. Astrid is sweet and gentle. She has the most adorable under-bite. Astrid must be in the house as a loved and protected member of the family. She must be walked on a leash and would like a secure fenced yard to run and play.

Astrid is healthy. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, negative for heart worms, and current on heart worm and flea preventative. Astrid has a $500.00 adoption fee that includes ground transport to Warren NJ, Allentown PA, or Nanuet NY.
