My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Joe is a very handsome 100-Ibs. XL German Shepherd of about 5-7 years of age. This sweet boy does great on leash, is calm in the house, housebroken, and does very well in dog parks. Joe is great with people, kids, and other dogs, and loves his car rides. He is showing signs of pure German Shepherd behavior - once he bonds with his family members he becomes very protective inside the home and territorial. He goes on walks and when he encounters strangers he meets them with no problem. Even though he has been great with other dogs in his foster home and at dog parks, he has no interest in playing with them - he prefers to be with his people, so a home with no other dogs might be the perfect one for him. This calm, gentle, easygoing gentleman will bring serenity, contentment and devoted friendship to the family that is fortunate enough to be selected as his adopters.
