Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi...Dudley here...I'm a 6 month old hunk of love. I'm part boxer, part shepherd
and all sweet lover boy. I'm all of 40 lbs. right now but I'm not done growing yet. I love to eat and my foster mom says that is because I'm still growing. I love to run and play with my foster sisters so I would really like a big fenced yard in my forever home and maybe a brother or sister pup to play with. I'm also a big snuggler and I sometimes forget how big I'm getting, so watch out...I'll be in your lap before you know it! I'm always happy and I love to play with my toys. I'm really smart too. I'm learning how to sit and kennel and I've pretty much got this "go potty" thing down. I love car rides too...really I don't care where we go as long as I'm with you. I have not been around kids yet but maybe no littles since I'm kinda big and I get really excited when I start to play. I love the kitties that live with us now. They don't seem too interested in playing with me unless we see that red laser thing and then we're all in together. If you're into a super smart and fun-loving pup, then I'm your boy. Will you be my forever family?
My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip! If you're interested in meeting/adopting me, please visit www.rescueonespringfield.com/our-adoption-process/adoption-application/ and fill out the form! We do adopt out of state with vet references and video home check. *Adopter is responsible for coming to get the dog and returning the dog if the adoption does not work out*

*Remember, dogs are pack animals. Because of this, Rescue One does not adopt to outdoor-only homes. Pets are family and are not disposable. Please make sure that you are 100% committed to a pet before considering adding one to your home.
