Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello my name is Pepper and I’m a 6 month old terrier mix. Just like my sister Sage, I also have a skin condition but I am growing out of mine (Sage is a runt lol) I love to play hard and I am full of energy. I am great with other dogs and cats. My foster mommy says I need to learn some manners so she holds me and gives me a long speech about it. I would love a family with other dogs and children so I can burn myself out and sleep like crazy. Please adopt me!!
