Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Let me introduce you to sweet Wendy. She is an 18 month old Rottweiler mix. Even at 63 lbs. she still needs to gain weight. She was left in the country to fend for herself when this nice lady found her.
She’s a goof ball that loves to play. She’s crazy for all things that squeak. She’ll play with you, by herself or with her canine friends. She is highly treat motivated & would love to show off her sit.
She gets along excellent with other dogs & very much enjoys playing with them. She’s great with both bigger & smaller dogs. Her foster home has no cats but she ignored the cats that roam free at the spay clinic.
She does great around kids. The family who found her said she was excellent with her grandchildren. She looks intimidating but she’s really just a big baby.
She loves wrestling & playing with other dogs but has a sweet side to her that loves to sit in your lap while you rub her belly. She is shy when she first meets new people but it does not take her long to warn up to you.
Wendy barks from time to time but she’s not overly chatty. When she does bark it sounds pretty intimidating. It is preferred that she have a stockade fence with a yard for playtime.
At night she likes to sleep in a dog bed in your room.
Wendy is leash, crate & potty trained. She’s a good girl that will go in the crate on her own with treat encouragement.
Wendy is spayed, current on vaccinations, heartworm negative, current on heartworm, flea & tick preventative and micro chipped. Her adoption fee is $150.
If you would like to adopt Wendy and make her a part of your family, please contact ForeverYoursOKC@gmail.com.
