My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"WILLY" is a happy, handsome, good natured, outgoing, 1.5 yr old, 70 lb. Labrador Retriever male we rescued from a very high kill pound. When we 1st got Willy, he was severely underweight, but after getting good groceries, he has filled out nicely. Willy is sweet, loving, kind, eager to please. Being a younger Lab, he sometimes has attention-deficit, and needs redirection & patience. Willy is neutered, has been de-wormed, is current on vaccinations, on monthly heart worm preventative, micro-chipped, crate-trained and house-trained. This rescue does not administer it's own vaccination shots. All of our rescued dogs' medical care has been administered by a licensed Veterinarian. All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., pro-biotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
