My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"CHARLIE" (aka "Prince") is a happy, affectionate, oh so HANDSOME, 1.5 yr old, 80 lb. German Shepherd mix male that was rescued from a very high kill pound. To Charlie, there are 'no strangers, just friends he hasn't met yet'. A big love bug that likes to play, run but also hang out & cuddle with you. Charlie 'smiles', and is a joy of boy to be around. Charlie gets along great with other dogs, males or females, of equally gentle, good-natured temperament, and they like him, too. He would make a fantastic family dog.
CHARLIE is neutered, has been de-wormed, is current on vaccinations, on monthly heart worm preventative, micro-chipped, crate-trained and house-trained. This rescue does not administer it's own vaccination shots. All of our rescued dogs' medical care has been administered by a licensed Veterinarian. All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., pro-biotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
