Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My name is Herman. I am fine, brown tabby 9 years old. I regret my present guardian must give me up due to added family responsibilities in her life that prevent her from keeping me. I am very friendly and affectionate, mostly on my terms but I don’t let it get in the way of being a gentle, loving companion.
I came from an abusive home when I was young so I don’t generally trust everybody or strange situations at first but adapt well if given the chance. I am cautious about being held, which comes from my early childhood experiences. I do like good rubs and other cat favors. I am just a cautious guy with a big heart.
Hermann is an indoor/outdoor cat and does well at that in a safe neighborhood environment. He was rescued from the Sedalia Animal Shelter when they were still euthanizing animals if they are not adopted in a timely manner. He is in excellent health. He has been fully vet’d. He has been neutered, has had all his shots, has an implanted identification micro chip and has all claws.
Hermann would be a wonderful addition to your family. Please call or email us to discuss the possibilities. If you would like to visit him to see how you would get along together please call and we can arrange that with you.
