Hello, My name is Teeko! I’m a (roughly) 2 year old boy. My family originally found me at the City Pound and love me very much but I also love to go for runs and explore on my own. My family is worried about my safety so we’re trying to find someone who can keep up with my need for activity and keep me safe.
I love to run! I would make a wonderful running companion or even possibly pull a sled a little (I haven’t tried it yet)! I’m very strong and can run for quite a while and I run very well with my owner (unless I see a deer, then I have a harder time focusing on running where I’m supposed to).
I’m a fairly young pup still so I really love a lot of attention and to be played with. I tend to get into mischief if I don’t feel like I’m getting enough attention. I’m very intelligent as well and will get bored if I don’t have lots of durable toys to play with to keep me occupied when I’m alone, if I don’t, I tend to get vocal or find things to chew on that doesn’t make my owners too happy.
I’m very friendly and love both my adult owners and my little owners. When I feel content I love to lay and look out the windows in my home and will be happy for a long time. My little owners love to chase me and throw a ball with me. It’s one of my favorite things to do other than run! They can be a little loud and rough sometimes but I don’t mind.
I’m also a very good jumper! With a running start I can clear 4 ft fences easily. I’m very good at finding ways to escape my backyard as well. Like I said earlier, I’m very strong and can spot weak spots in my fence and will push those spots until they break.
I have a sister as well! I like to take care of her and make sure my owners don’t forget to keep our water full and she gets fed on time every day. I love to play with her and chase her (she doesn’t always like it since she’s older).
I would love someone who can give me lots of attention and can take me running or walking every day!
