My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Holmes is a 15-pound, 9-years young, independent little guy. He gets along well with older kids and other dogs, and has not had the opportunity to be observed around cats. He loves his humans and gets very excited when you walk in the door. While he enjoys being touched and pet, he does not like to be picked-up or cuddled. He prefers just lying in a corner somewhere as long as he is in the same room with you. Holmes will occasionally play with toys, but he thoroughly enjoys getting out for a walk and he walks very well on a leash. While he does continue to need training for his potty habits, he does his business outside but really prefers that you go out with him. Eating is one of his favorite things, so making sure that Holmes is not being overfed is important to keep him at a healthy weight.
